Check in time from 2.00PM. Check out time 10.30 AM. 

30 Days If a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival day, loss of 50% of the total booking price.    

14 Days If a cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival day, loss of 75% of the total booking price.   

72 Hours If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of arrival day, loss of 100% of the total booking price.

No show If clients do not show up on a day of their arrival, loss of 100% of the total booking price. Bayview Valley Lodge keeps the right to resell the rooms if a client does not respond to any means of communication.

More than 30 Days. If a cancellation is made 31 or more days of arrival day, the full amount of the booking will be refunded back to a client's credit card less 2.5% credit card charges.

Bayview Valley Lodge has the right to refuse check-in with no refund if amount of travellers exceeds the amount of travellers booked for a stay.
